There is one thing we all agree on — men and women see sex differently in a relationship. It is the oldest story in the book. Women love connectedness and emotion while men are more focused on their physical needs. The question, however, is not how vital sex is for a man, in general, but how important they consider it in a loving and healthy relationship. 

Open any beauty magazine and you’ll see article upon article about what women want in relationships and how to get it. But there’s rarely a space for men to express their relationship needs. And women need to know. So let’s create that space. Here. Now. Maybe it can be the first domino to start a conversation. You may or may not agree with these. What’s more important is that we talk about it. The following are based on my sessions coaching thousands of men on and offline as well as my own wants.

Knowing how to tell if your girlfriend is cheating can take a bit of detective work, especially if you want to (and should)take the high moral road and avoid invading her privacy. The below signs, especially when several show up at the same time, are the best hints you’re likely to get.

However, while all of these signs make a cheating girlfriend more probable, none of them offer definitive proof.

It’s important to point out that none of these signs she’s cheating makes it a sure-fire certainty that she is actually cheating, or even looking to cheat. There are perfectly innocent reasons she might act in any one or several of the ways listed above.
